Transforming a Hall Bathroom with Style and Serenity in Palmdale

Challenge:

The hall bathroom presented a unique challenge as the homeowners had dissatisfaction with a previous contractor. They wanted a space that not only reflected their taste but also exuded comfort and luxury. Their wish list included a lavish soaker tub, updated fixtures, and a cohesive design that addressed their dissatisfaction with the existing setup.

Design:

To address the challenge, our designer focused on creating a serene yet stylish ambiance. Aesthetically, the design aimed for a harmonious blend of modern and rustic elements. The centerpiece of the design was a luxurious soaker tub, offering a retreat-like experience. A barn-style glass enclosure was chosen for the tiled shower, adding a contemporary touch while ensuring functionality and durability. LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) with a craftsman-style base was selected for the flooring, providing durability and easy maintenance while complementing the overall aesthetic. The vanity was selected for its blend of style and functionality, featuring a ready-to-assemble design with ample storage and topped with quartz countertops for a touch of sophistication.

Build:

The build phase of the project involved meticulous attention to detail to bring the design vision to life. The existing elements were carefully removed, making way for the new fixtures and finishes. The large builder-grade mirror was replaced with two farmhouse-style mirrors, adding character and charm while enhancing the sense of space and light. The outdated light fixture was replaced with sleek new fixtures. Two rectangular sinks and faucets in brushed nickel were installed.
