Here’s how we work with you, in six defined steps.
During the design phase, you’ll meet with our team to start the design and select the materials, fixtures, finishes, and colors for your new space — always keeping your budget in mind. With Lenton Company, we design what we build. It’s all in-house, and our design and construction teams communicate seamlessly throughout your remodel. We design your project with computer-aided design and 3D modeling.
After everything is chosen and finalized, we’ll sign a construction contract and give you a start date and a completion date for your project. We review the next phases of construction and understand exactly what will be done and when. Our clients have access to all their project information and progress photos on BuilderTrend.
It’s time for your project to begin! We start with an on-site meeting with the lead tradesperson on your job, who will shepherd you through the entire process. These meetings continue throughout the project. Lenton Company takes care to ensure the process is as seamless as possible, overseeing all on-site work and adhering to the agreed-upon project schedule and budget. Throughout the project, we’ll answer questions and address concerns.
