Here’s how we work with you, in six defined steps.

1. Discovery & Budget Meeting

Our first meeting helps us define and set expectations for the project. We’ll come to your home to discover your goals, as well as your ideas and concerns. We’ll talk about the costs and determine if we can match your dreams to your budget.

2. Design Agreement

After laying out your vision, it’s our job to figure out how to make your dreams become reality. We outline the remodeling objectives, the scope of the project, and your budget. This refinement of Step One lays the foundation for the rest of our work.

3. Design & Selections

In the design phase, you’ll meet with our team to establish the design and select materials, fixtures, finishes, and colors for your new space. We design with 3D modeling to allow you to see every detail of your home before we start the project. On top of this, it’s all in-house, with our design and build teams communicating seamlessly together throughout your remodel.

4. Construction Contract

Once everything is finalized, we’ll sign a construction contract and give you a start and completion date for your project. Our clients have access to all of the project information and progress photos through BuilderTrend.

5. Build

Finally, it’s time for your project to begin! We start with an on-site meeting with the lead team member on your job, who will guide you through the entire process. Lenton Company takes care to ensure that everything is as seamless as possible, overseeing all on-site work and adhering to the agreed-upon project schedule and budget.

6. Follow Through

We want you to be thrilled with your new space for years to come. Long after construction is complete, we’ll continue to follow-up, and we hope you do the same! Lenton Company customers are customers for life.
