Quartz Hill Addition and Butler's Pantry

As one of few local firms with design AND build capabilities, Lenton Company is able to offer 3D modeling that allows homeowners to truly envision their finished renovation. These Quartz Hill homeowners had previously engaged an architect for their butler’s pantry addition, but the firm did not offer 3D modeling. We were happy to help. We drafted a design on Chief Architect using the homeowner’s inspiration picture, including double french pocket doors and plenty of accessible storage to make entertaining a breeze. The result thrilled them so much, they paid us the ultimate compliment of more renovation work on their bathrooms and kitchen. We’ve also been honored to see over 600 people save this project on Houzz.
