Maximizing Budget and Style in a Lancaster Guest Suite Bathroom

Project Overview

The owners of this Lancaster home wanted an updated, spacious bathroom as part of their newly remodeled guest suite. The original bathroom was a confined space consisting of only the toilet and shower, with the sink and vanity in the bedroom. We removed the wall separating these two spaces, raised the ceiling to create one large open bathroom with plenty of room, and added storage.

With some careful planning and money-saving features, such as a Bestbath® shower unit and pre-made vanity and linen cabinets, we found ways to give these homeowners the fresh, modern bathroom they wanted within their budget. Their new space will be an inviting home-away-from-home for their guests to enjoy.

We are always humbled when a client contacts us for a second remodeling project. In this case, this was the third project we’ve completed for this family.
