Lancaster Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel

Project Overview

The owners of this charming 1970 craftsman-style home recently approached us for help renovating. Beyond needing a makeover to update finishes, the space needed to be modified to address underlying electrical and storage issues. They also had a malfunctioning sliding door that needed to be replaced, as well as two bathrooms which required some attention.

Our team got to work redesigning their kitchen and bathrooms to be more functional for their family. We added a granite topped island and flanked the refrigerator with pantry cabinets to provide the storage they needed. On the backsplash we replaced the brick with a warm white glazed subway tile. Lighting issues were resolved with recessed lighting in the ceiling. No longer dark and dreary, their bright blue and white kitchen is now a cheery space where they can prepare meals with ease and comfort.
