Expanding a Palmdale Kitchen

Creative repositioning of walls, cabinetry, and appliances changed this Palmdale kitchen from awkward to awesome. The family’s refrigerator was too big for the kitchen and stuck out into the dining room; we extended the kitchen into the breakfast nook a bit and moved the refrigerator to the center of the kitchen, surrounding it with cabinets and extra counter space. Additional storage was added with a lazy-susan in a previously dead corner, as well as with taller cabinets that make the room feel larger.
