Our homeowners first connected with Lenton Company after seeing work we had completed in a neighboring home, as well as a fiberglass shower we had installed for them years earlier. While the original shower had served them well, they were ready for a more updated and personalized look in the primary bathroom. Their goals included replacing the fiberglass with a fully tiled shower, refreshing the hallway bathroom to coordinate with the primary suite and provide accessibility for future needs, and improving the functionality of a cramped laundry closet located in the hallway. The laundry area, in particular, had become a daily frustration due to its limited storage and confined opening.
The design focused on creating cohesive, functional spaces with a clean and updated feel throughout the home. In the primary bathroom, the new tiled shower became the focal point, featuring the upgraded finishes and amenities the homeowners had envisioned. Quartz countertops were added to the existing cabinetry, instantly refreshing the space while improving durability and functionality. To create continuity, the hallway bathroom was updated with complementary finishes, including a new Bestbath shower and matching quartz countertops. The result is a coordinated look that ties both bathrooms together beautifully. For the laundry area, the solution centered on improving accessibility and storage. By removing the restrictive walls and header around the laundry closet opening, the space immediately felt more open and functional. New cabinetry above the washer and dryer added much-needed storage while giving the area a more finished, built-in appearance.
During construction, the Lenton team carefully transformed each space while maintaining a cohesive design throughout the home. In the primary bathroom, the new custom tiled shower created a spa-like focal point with the upgraded finishes and amenities the homeowners had envisioned. In the hallway bathroom, a new Bestbath shower system provided a clean, updated look while offering durability, easy maintenance, and accessibility upgrades. Updated quartz countertops and coordinating finishes helped tie both spaces together with a fresh, timeless aesthetic. The laundry room transformation proved especially impactful. By opening the space and adding new upper cabinetry, the once-cramped laundry closet became far more functional and visually integrated into the hallway. The added storage and improved access turned a daily frustration into a practical and attractive feature of the home. The homeowners have since referred multiple family members and close friends to Lenton Company, a reflection of the trust and satisfaction that grew from this project.
In the words of our homeowner, “The entire Lenton team was wonderful to work with. Everyone was easy to talk to, took care of every detail, and clearly took pride in their work. The reclaimed space in the laundry room completely transformed the way the area functions for us. We were amazed by how much more open, organized, and useful the space became, and we could not be happier with the results.”
