Palmdale Chef's Kitchen + Beer Bar Addition

With its dated kitchen and sunken living room, this Palmdale home was stuck in the 70s and missing amenities that would make it the perfect home for its third-generation owners. Lenton Company craftsmen raised the living room floor, opened the space by removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room, and created an addition from an unused patio. This extra living space allowed us to design the perfect chef’s kitchen with loads of hidden amenities, a beer bar rivaling the hippest pubs, and a powder room for the many guests sure to visit.
