Danny’s first foray in construction was working as a painter alongside his father, who taught him that doing his best and taking pride in his work were hallmarks of a great employee.
Those virtues served Danny well as he continued his career working as a framer and then joining the ranks of the Carpenters Union, where he worked mostly on commercial jobs doing metal stud framing.
But the skills of doing his best and taking pride in his work likely held the most weight when he joined the United States Marine Corps Reserves and served a tour of duty in Iraq in 2008.
Upon coming home from Iraq, Danny returned to school and earned a degree in business from Ashford University. Shortly after graduation, he began working for Lenton Company as project manager.
“The people and the culture are the best parts about working at Lenton Company. They truly care about their employees and their customers.”
Danny has lived all over Southern California but savors the slower pace of the Antelope Valley, where he resides with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys vegetable gardening and is even raising cows for beef.
And while the desert is his home, he would one day love to take to the open seas on a sailboat that he skippers.
